HAPPY HALLOWEEN

To start this post, I'd like to say Happy Halloween people! Although I could only celebrate it through my Halloween outfit as Julius Caesar on blog (I don't have a Halloween party to attend.. so yeah), but at least I still am celebrating it with you guys. So I hope you enjoy!

Oh, I almost forgot. All items in those pictures were handmade (aside from the t-shirt and the shorts I was wearing inside the white fabric, and  the vintage brown belt around my waist). I put on the fabric crossed-body and tied the both ends of the fabric behind my left shoulder so it wouldn't fall off. For the headband, I used wire and fake leaves which I bought in store and colored them gold. It is easy, isn't it?

Hey y'all! How's life? Mine's not so good these past few days. Knowing that holidays are over was like waking up from a very wonderful dreams. I hope you guys don't have the same situation as I'm in.

Anyway, it's been too long since my last post in this blog so I'm posting another look (please excuse both picture's quality and quantity). I wore this outfit on my very first day coming back as a student after having 4 months or so holiday. I combined those black tee from Giordano and black skinny jeans from Celcius to make my figure look skinnier (well, 4 months of holiday sure gained me more weight). And as you know how I'm like, I put on the plaid shirt I love so much as an outerwear to prevent the outfit become so gloomy since it was my very first day for God's sake. For the backpack, I don't give it much credit since I always use it when I go to campus, if you know what I mean..

I love the shirt the best 'cause I've been longing to have it since forever. You know how it feels when you finally find something you're longing for so long? That's how I felt when I found this shirt. 

These two photos are actually my favorite among the photos I collected. Idk if it's the background, or I simply like how I stand in these photos (choose for me).

I turned the second photo into black and white because the original photo is not so bright and my face is half dark, so I decided to do so and it turns out better than the original photo.

Do you know what I really like about this look? That I-don't-care-what-you-think feel, which I am obviously fond of. Sometimes, the thought of people judging you by how you dress should be put aside. You dress to feel comfortable, not to please people. Let them say whatever they want, but it all doesn't matter as long as you're comfortable with yourself. I'm saying this because I had an experience once when people STARING at me like I'm some kind of alien from Mars. And I hate that feel. That's why I started to build my self-esteem and confidence more, and you should too. I don't want you experience the same thing as I did just because you like dressing up yourself. Screw them who look down on you.
