KNITTED

Knit Sweater - SPAO (ipihipstore), Pants - Celcius, Socks - Thrift Store, Hologram Shoes - Adorable Projects

I've been addicted to sweaters since forever. I don't know how and when this addiction began, but for all I know I love wearing sweaters. This super fluffy knitted sweater from ipihipstore is no exception. I cannot help but admiring its stripes pattern, its fluffy and comfortable materials, and its lovely colors (which are my two favorite colors). Wearing it with something as casual as black skinny jeans to give the contrast to its color pallete and adding color twist by wearing pastels socks and hologram shoes (which are very much eye-candies too) are something I cannot not do to the wonderful sweater. Oh, and do you know how much fun I had for shooting this outfit at a playground? Totally fun!

MONUMENT OF JUSTICE

Tartan Shirt - Thrift Store, Graphic Tshirt - Thrift Store, Skinny Jeans - Celcius, Boots - Camel

Today was an everything-was-unexpected-so-enjoy-it kind of day, which resulted me having this post updated. I never thought I'd update something today, but an update wouldn't hurt, would it? Coming up with this simple, care-free outfit with the boots and the tartan shirt that I weirdly found so.. dashing lol. The thing I love about this outfit is that everything is about right, nothing much nothing less. The black ensemble did a great job on embracing my petite frame, the tartan shirt contributed a good amount of contrast for the outfit color palette, and the boots polished the outfit perfectly. Now, how could I not love it?

Oh FYI, I shot this outfit at Monument of Mandala, a 75 meters high historical monument which is located in the centre of the city. The view around it was simply beautiful! However, it was my first time paying it a visit, although it is only 5 minutes walking from where I live (don't ask me why, I also don't know). But I will most definitely come again to have a photoshoot for my outfit!

CASUALLY DRESSED UP

Washed Denim Jacket - Levi's, Striped T-shirt - Thrift Store, Sunnies - Rayban, Pants - Celcius

Casually dressed up in a hot, sunny city like mine could have been the best idea to enjoy your day. Hanging out, having some fun with friends and other things you could do outdoor would be easier to go through if the layers of the clothes you're wearing are not as thick as the stacks of my assignments. Throwing on a denim jacket and a pair of Converse shoes is an effortless style, trust me. And I must give a credit to the lovely striped tshirt I wore for giving the outfit some patterns to look at, not just a dull contrast between light blue denim jacket and the darker shade of blue jeans.

MONOCHROME & HOLOGRAM

Glasses - Giorgio Armani, Denim Shirt - Kruger, Blazer - Celcius, Ripped Jeans - Raw Denim, Hologram Shoes - Adorable Project

The heavens were on my side today that I could shoot a few pictures of my outfit above. I did a light blue monochrome look which was very relaxing to see. To be honest, it was quite difficult for me to do monochrome aside from an all-black outfit because I don't have so many clothes and pants that have the same color tone. Thankfully, I got this light blue blazer that I could pair up with my denim shirt and my light blue ripped jeans. Also, I thank God for sending me these gorgeous hologram shoes so that I could pair it up with my monochrome look and guess what? It did magic! Look how good they put the whole outfit together. Aren't they just perfect? Oh, and just for the icing. I put on my glasses to give the look a little bit more of seriousness, because the ripped jeans are too casual for everyone's liking.

LIFE IS GOOD

OH MY GOD I cannot believe that it takes three months for me to update this blog. I am sorry for being so unproductive. However, I am so happy to be able to update since I have so many stories to tell you guys, but the story could wait. I promise I'll update more starting next week, just wish me luck with everything.

Anyway, my post today is actually not fashion-oriented but more about life experience. I joined this event called "IM3 Selfie Run" earlier today with my two bestfriends. It was so fun yet tiring as hell. We were required to run for 5 km, and I am telling you that was just awfully exhausting! But after we reached the finish line, the true excitements began. The DJ came out on the stage with her songs and the comittee started throwing colored powder at us. After that, we were asked to take as much selfies as we could and submit it on Twitter with hastag #im3selfierunMKS so we had a chance to win some prizes, which I don't really care about. It was just extremely fun! OH, AND I ALSO WON A MEDAL because I was one of the lucky 500 runners out of 2000 or something runners who reached the finish line first. Isn't it fun?

Here are some photos I took (the selfies I took were pretty much presented on the photo above) with my bestfriends, Amanda and Fransiske. Please excuse the quality and the faces ;) Enjoy!
