COLORS ARE THE SMILE OF NATURE

FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
1. Beanie - Monster Energy
2. Sweater - Dobujack
3. Shorts - Thrift Store
4. Studded Backpack - Online Store
5. Socks - Sports
6. Boots - Camel

From now on, I'll wear more colorful clothes since it's becoming trend lately. I started with this street look of mine. But I didn't wear all bright-colored clothes to neutralize the look, that's why I put on the black sweatshirt.. I'm not a very good picker when it comes to combine colors. It was hard for me to choose the right colored item to match my oh so bright yellow beanie, but I managed to combine it with my (I don't know which color it is, pinkish red or reddish pink) shorts and it looks quite bearable to see

DENIM LOVE

FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
1. Denim Shirt - Unbranded
2. Belt - Secondhand
3. Shorts - Unbranded
4. Dark Blue Creepers - ELEL

Who loves wearing denim shirt (or any kind of clothes made of denim)? I am in. I really love doing denim with my look. If you read every single post on my blog, you'll find some of my looks featured with denim jacket or shirts. I like to dress up as simple as I could, but when I thought my look is too simple or simply plain, I always put the denim items on because it changes the vibe of the look to be more man-ish. And this look is one of them. I actually had no idea what to wear with the shorts at first. But I accidentally found this shirt in my closet and it perfectly fit into the look, so I chose to wear it. And the belt made it look vintage which is awesome (yes I am a vintage lover).

SUMMER

FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
1. Shades - Ray Ban
2. Printed Shirt - Unbranded
3. Belt - Secondhand
4. Jeans - Cheap Monday
5. Creepers - ELEL

Have I told you  that I've been so fond of something printed? If I haven't, then at least you know now. Anyway, here's my new look with sunset-print shirt that my friend bought for me when she went to Bali. I posted a look with this shirt before, but with the different style. If you have seen it, then please do tell which one is better. Oh yeah, I also combine it with my ray ban which is super cute. I bought it at the mall when I went there with friends. It costed about 3 dollars. Cheap but cute. And it doesn't have to cost you much to look good. Period.

“Never use the word “cheap”. Today everybody can look chic in inexpensive clothes (the rich buy them too). There is good clothing design on every level today. You can be the chicest thing in the world in a T-shirt and jeans — it’s up to you.” - Karl Lagerfield

LAZY MONDAY

FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
1. Rounded Glasses - Unbranded
2. Casual Black Shirt - MOC
3. Skinny Jeans - Cheap Monday
4. Boots - Camel

I feel both happy and bored about my oh-so-long 3 months holiday. I admit that I could stay up late at night and wake up late as well which I'm literally fond of, but I've stayed at home for 2 weeks without actually having my holiday moments (which I wish I could spend OUTSIDE my hometown) and that sucks!

Anyway, how's my look above? Though the weather was totally overwhelmingly HOT, but I'm still alive now anyway. I once heard this on one of Korean's show called "Vitamin" which said that people better wear dark -colored clothes if they're going to have any contact with the sunrays, because dark-colored clothes absorbs the UV much more than the light-colored clothes and the result of skin having contact with UV decreases. That's why I tried the theory by wearing a black shirt in the very hot noonday, and the result was I really had no idea what I was actually doing. Silly me, I know. But I must admit, black is good to wear with everything! So when you doubt red, wear black instead. ;)

"Without black, no color has any depth. But if you mix black with everything, suddenly there's shadow - no, not just shadow, but fullness. You've got to be willing to mix black into your palette if you want to create something that's real." - Amy Grant

RED

Happy Sunday, happy people! How is everyone doing?

Today I got something new. My aunt came home bringing a "hot" red cap! Well, she sure knew that I love bright colors ;) Anyway, here's my new look with that "hot" red cap and I hope you like it!

FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
1. Red Cap - Unbranded
2. Red Shirt - MOC
3. T-shirt - Unbranded
4. Light Brown Chino Pants - Zara Man
5. Socks - Sports
6. Boots - GATS

How's the look? Red has always been my favorite color 'cause it makes me confident. Cliche but true. Even though it's not a neutral color, but if you combine it with the right colors (dark colors are best), it can turn out good. You can also combine red with light colors like I do (with the chino pants), but there aren't many of them.

ME + BART = YELLOW

Did I tell you guys on my previous post that I've got influenza? I still do, and it is so not cool. It got even worse today as I woke up and found my body aching from head to toe, but thank God I don't have to deal with headache, which is why I'm still able to post.

FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
1. Beanie - Monster Energy
2. Bart Simpson Pullover - Voltashion
3. White Shirt - Celcius
4. Black Skinny Jeans - Celcius
5. Vintage Brown Boots - Gats

The weather became so annoying lately. Maybe that's why I've got this influenza in the first place (don't worry, I won't be b*tching about it for good), so you guys take care of yourself and try not to catch a cold. Anyway, I am so into this Bart Simpson sweater. That's why I searched all over the internet to find one, and I found it on Instagram. There's an online store called Voltashion which sold it. I was so overwhelmed, and ordered one rigth away. It is so comfy and cute! ;)
